1. SMS messaging service
SAFETY PAYS US LLC (SAFETY PAYS) offers optional SMS communications. Service messages include responses to training or consulting inquiries, appointment or class reminders, and customer support. Promotional messages include training offers and service updates and require a separate marketing opt-in. We send only the categories of messages you have selected.
2. Consent and message frequency
To opt in through our contact form, provide your mobile number and actively select the relevant unchecked SMS checkbox. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
3. Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Contact us if you need help changing your messaging preferences.

5. Carriers and delivery
SMS service may not be available on all carriers. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use contact and consent information. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Changes to terms
Updates will be posted on this page. Changes do not expand your existing SMS consent to additional message categories.
