POLICY AND PROCEDURE REGARDING PRIVACY
At SAFETY PAYS, we are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients. In doing so, the following Privacy Policy is posted on our website by our President and is updated, as necessary.
This Policy covers information collected or received through our training and consulting services, website contact forms, and SMS communications. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and may provide information related to significant changes via email.
We take the safeguarding of your information very seriously. We collect your personal information for registration purposes and for the purpose of shipping materials to you (if necessary) after the training event. The information we collect may include your name, occupation, company name, email address, physical address, and telephone number.
Upon completion of the training event, your personal information and training history are stored in our student records database. These records will not be released without your consent or issued to any external party. However, the company who paid for your registration may request training completion records in which case we will release them. If you wish for us to hold your records, please notify us by e-mailing at Admin@safetypays.us.
It is the responsibility of the President and all SAFETY PAYS employees to protect the data provided by our clients. Therefore, only the President has access to the participant database (student records). Any requests to hold or update information related to student records will be approved and processed by the President.

Contact forms and SMS privacy
When you contact SAFETY PAYS, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and provide training, consulting, scheduling, or customer support. Submissions are stored in our website records and emailed to our administrative mailboxes. Submission records may include the date and time, page URL, IP address, browser information, and your SMS consent selections to document the request and consent.
SMS consent is optional and must be actively selected. Providing a phone number or submitting a contact form does not by itself authorize text messages. Service-related and promotional SMS consent are separate choices. We use your mobile number only for the SMS purposes you select. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The student-record sharing provisions above do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data or consent. Service providers may process contact information only as needed to operate our website, deliver email or text messages, and provide support on our behalf; they may not use it for their own marketing.

We keep contact and consent records as needed to respond to requests, document messaging permission, and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers. To request access, correction, or deletion of contact information, email admin@safetypays.us. Some training or consent records may need to be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
