POLICY AND PROCEDURE REGARDING PRIVACY
At SAFETY PAYS US LLC, we are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients. In doing so, the following Privacy Policy is posted on our website by our President and is updated, as necessary.
The scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by us through your use of our training services. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and may provide information related to significant changes via email.
We take the safeguarding of your information very seriously. We collect your personal information for registration purposes and for the purpose of shipping materials to you (if necessary) after the training event. The information we collect may include your name, occupation, company name, email address, physical address, and telephone number.
Upon completion of the training event, your personal information and training history are stored in our student records database. These records will not be released without your consent or issued to any external party. However, the company who paid for your registration may request training completion records in which case we will release them. If you wish for us to hold your records, please notify us by e-mailing at Admin@safetypays.us.
It is the responsibility of the President and all SAFETY PAYS US LLC employees to protect the data provided by our clients. Therefore, only the President has access to the participant database (student records). Any requests to hold or update information related to student records will be approved and processed by the President.
