30-Hour OSHA Construction — Day 1 of 4

Complete course dates: October 10, 2026, October 11, 2026, October 12, 2026, October 13, 2026. Attendance on all required days is necessary to complete this 30-hour course.

Daily session window: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, New York time. No day will exceed 8 hours. The instructor will confirm the instructional agenda and breaks; the daily window is not a statement of credited training hours.

The 30-hour OSHA course is spread across four days, with no more than 7.5 instructional hours per day.
